Every morning
- My Attendance: tap Clock In when you reach school, and Clock Out when you leave.
- Attendance: choose your class and section. Everyone is marked present to start with; tap the students who are absent, then Save. Parents who use the app are told automatically. Below the list you can also tap WhatsApp next to an absent child to message the parent from your own WhatsApp.

Homework and the class diary
Homework & Diary → + New post. Choose Homework, Classwork, Diary note or Class notice, the class and subject, write what to do and (for homework) the due date. You can attach a photo of the board or a worksheet. Parents and students get an alert straight away.
To see who did it, click Check on the homework: ticks from home are shown, and you can mark each child Done, Not done, Late or Excused. Next to “Not done” you can WhatsApp the parent.
Entering marks
- Mark Entry, then choose the exam, class and subject.
- Type the marks. Use AB for absent.
- Save. You can come back and correct marks until the office locks the exam.
Asking for leave
My Attendance → New Leave Request. Choose the from and to dates and the reason. The principal sees it and approves or rejects it, and you will see the result on the same screen.
A parent is waiting at the gate
The gatekeeper logs the visitor and chooses you as the person they are meeting. It appears under My Visitors.
Report cards (class teachers)
Report Cards → Remarks & grades. Choose the term, set the co-scholastic grades and write a remark for each student. ✨ Suggest remarks fills empty remarks from each child's marks and attendance; edit them before saving. Report cards shows the computed cards and lets you print them.
