Grievance Redressal Policy
Version 1.0 · Effective 6 October 2026
We want every school, parent, student and staff member to be able to raise a concern and have it resolved quickly. This policy meets the grievance requirements of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules.
Grievance Officer
| Name | Sankalp Deshpande |
| Designation | Grievance Officer |
| contact@infovion.in | |
| Address | Infovion Technologies, 1306/T3, Godrej Green Vistas, Tower 3, Nande–Balewadi Road, Mahalunge, Pune, Maharashtra 411045, India |
Who should you contact?
- About your or your child's records at a school (wrong data, access, deletion, consent): contact the school first — the school controls that data. If the school does not respond within 15 days, or you cannot reach it, write to our Grievance Officer and we will take it up with the school.
- About the Infovion service, our handling of data, security, or billing: write to the Grievance Officer directly.
How to file
Email contact@infovion.in with: your name and contact details; the school's name; whether you are a parent, student, staff member or school; a description of the concern; and any reference (screenshot, receipt number). Do not send passwords or full Aadhaar numbers.
Timelines
| Step | Timeline |
|---|---|
| Acknowledgement with a reference number | within 48 hours |
| Resolution or a reasoned reply | within 15 days |
| Data protection rights requests where Infovion is the Data Fiduciary | within 30 days |
If more information is needed, the clock pauses until we receive it. We keep a record of grievances and their resolution.
Escalation
If you are not satisfied with the resolution of a personal-data grievance, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India under the DPDP Act, after exhausting this grievance process.
