Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to everyone who uses Infovion — schools and all their users. It forms part of the Terms of Service.
You must not
- Enter, upload or share personal data you are not authorised to hold or share, or use the Service to process data unlawfully.
- Share your login, use another person's account, or let anyone outside your institution use your access.
- Try to access data of another institution, user or child you are not authorised to see, or to bypass permissions, rate limits or other security controls.
- Probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Service, except under a written responsible-disclosure arrangement with us (report issues to contact@infovion.in).
- Upload malware, or content that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, hateful, harassing, or that infringes intellectual property or privacy.
- Use the Service to send unsolicited commercial messages, or to advertise to, profile or track children.
- Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download data other than through export features the Service provides.
- Overload or disrupt the Service, or use it in a way that harms other institutions.
- Copy, resell, reverse engineer or build a competing product from the Service.
- Falsify records, certificates, receipts or other documents, or use the Service to commit fraud.
Child safety
Staff using messaging, transport or any feature involving students must follow their school's child-protection policy. Parent–teacher messages relate to the student's education and must remain professional.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and, where necessary, suspend the affected account or access, remove unlawful content, notify the institution, and report to authorities where required by law. Report misuse to contact@infovion.in.
